Daniel and his crew came when he said he would after recommending and ordering a new unit. Installation was done in less than an hour after rolling and unboxing the new heater unit. Old unit had cracked heat exchanger after approx. 10 years of use. He made some quick adjustments and carefully checked to make sure the unit was operational and keypad functioning. He came back 2 days later to adjust the gas pressure valve after I told him the heater kept cutting out and was registering a Failure to ignite (FI) code. Problem solved but noticed pressure was fluctuating slightly and asked me to contact the gas company to ensure their were no other issues.
